I. THE AXIOM OF OPEN SOURCE FORENSICS

Arax Media operates on a foundational axiom: we do not commercialize the truth. Our primary objective is to dismantle the existing “Industry of Distraction” using undeniable engineering facts. To achieve this, we employ an Open Source Forensics model. One hundred percent of our forensic audits, relational graphs, and raw datasets are provided to independent media, NGOs, and civic networks absolutely free of charge. We engineer radical transparency to ensure that factual narratives overcome manufactured emotional distress.

II. INSTITUTIONAL SHIELD & VERIFICATION

Arax Media functions as a “Stateless Operator,” maintaining absolute investigative sovereignty away from local judicial capture. Our legitimacy is secured by a verified international shield:

• The Principal Investigator is officially recognized under the United Nations Special Procedures (Mandate AL UZB 3/2021).
• Our foundational 2026 forensic audit of the Armenian state architecture is formally registered within the European Commission’s document management system (Ref: Ares(2026)1791093).

Conversely, potential partners under our “Sovereignty Incubator” are subject to the Clearance Ledger. A partner must pass our internal forensic filter; if they have zero presence in our corruption and monopoly investigations, they are cleared.
